REVIEW: WINDOWS ANIMATION FESTIVAL CD includes CD-ROM The Waite Group 1994
This is a book and CD-ROM with over 600 megabytes of sophisticated special
effects and multimedia animations that display the full range of your
system's capabilities. The software requires a 386SX or better, Windows 3.1
or later, double-speed CD-ROM drive, 4 MB of RAM, a sound card and VGA
graphics. Level of user is beginning-advanced.
Its a fun CD with lots of interesting things to see and hear - digital
commercials, animations, insects, a journey through the human brain and a
lot more. The text is arranged with Theaters instead of chapters that
function as a program to provide additional information on what you're
seeing and hearing when the graphics are run. Its truly an awesome
collection of the very best Windows animations and graphics that literally
brings your multimedia PC to life!
Finally, there is a neat tutorial that teaches how to use 3-D Studio (a
popular modelling program) that will get you started creating your own
computer art. Enjoy!!!
